For a quick overview of Whistler's etchings, this is a great resource. There is a brief introduction to the artist and some explanation of the various processes he used to create the prints. The bulk of the book is devoted to a catalogue of 100+ prints of Whistler's with all but a few printed to their original sizes. It is a good resource and introduction to the etchings of the artist.
